This website
The pages of mirazcode.com are static files. A hosting provider and a content delivery network serve them, and both process IP addresses and access logs, which is needed to deliver the pages to your browser and to keep the site running for every visitor.
A visit counter from statinside.com records page visits, so the site owner can see how many people open which pages. These counts have nothing to do with your files, your contracts or the chats you hold inside the app.
Pressing the download button records the time, your IP address, your browser user agent and the referral source, if there is one. The record is used to count downloads, and then the button redirects you to the installer. You do not need an account.
The WaveClamp app
WaveClamp runs locally on your Windows PC and sends no telemetry. Chats, working folders and API keys stay on the PC, and secrets found in tool output are redacted before they reach the model.
Prompts go only to the model endpoint you pick. With a cloud AI provider, the prompt, including the text of any file the agent reads, goes to that provider, so read its terms before you send contract code that is not public. With a model running on your PC, nothing leaves the machine.
Never put private keys or seed phrases into files, chats or code. Use throwaway accounts on a local chain or a test network, because anything the agent reads from a file can reach a cloud model.
Optional features that use the network
Web search is optional and can run over an anonymizing network. The agent also uses http_get to download one page when you ask it to read documentation, such as the public EIP text, and that request leaves your PC like any other web request.
Control of chats from a phone browser needs one outbound connection from your PC, and you can switch it off at any time. Update checks use the network as well: the app shows an Update button when a new version is ready.
A cloud AI provider is a network feature too, and its own terms apply to what you send to it. A model on your PC needs no outside provider, so with that choice the prompts stay on your machine.
Your choices
You choose the model: a cloud AI provider, a model on your PC or the built-in model. With a model on your PC, nothing leaves the machine. With a cloud provider, the prompt and the file text the agent reads go to that provider.
You choose the approval mode: Auto-run, Ask first or Plan only. Plan only writes a plan and runs nothing, Ask first pauses before actions that change something, and Auto-run acts at once. You also decide whether to use web search and phone control.
You choose what goes into the working folder. The file tools work inside that folder, but Shell, web and SSH are not folder-bound, so keep the work to your own files, your PC and servers you are authorised to use.
